Haut-Bailly – Le Château
A wine experience. Located on the outskirts of Bordeaux, Château Haut-Bailly welcomes visitors and receptions at the top of a gravelly hilltop where vines have flourished for over four centuries. For us, hospitality is a tradition. It is expressed in the different offers, vintages and seasons, through the attentive service of a whole team ready to welcome you. Come and meet the men and women who craft wine, and discover their passion and the know-how required to produce a Grand Cru Classé. Taste our wines in a different way, in harmony with the cuisine of Chef Maxime Pommier, at the Table Privée.
Haut-Bailly – La Chartreuse
A refined escape. After several years of renovation, the Chartreuse Haut-Bailly (formerly known as Château Le Pape) has recovered all the finesse of its architecture and the charm of a subtle setting to establish itself in the vineyards like a delicate interlude, just a few steps from Bordeaux. Decorated in soft, luminous tones, the rooms offer a serene atmosphere. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace overlooking the vineyards, soak up the sun by the pool, read a book in the lounge or taste a Haut-Bailly vintage in the gardens… everything you need for an exceptional stay.
